I have been using the livescribe smartpen for a few months now.  If you go to lots of meetings then this is the gadget for you.  It has a lot of features but the best are is its ability to record both the written and spoken word and synchronise the two.  This means at any latter date you can tap  anywhere on your notes at it will let you here what was been said at the very time that you wrote the word/sentance in your notebook.  Check it out at kpower smartpen
